Its been a blogging while since anyone updated this blog.

We have had a fare few gigs in the last months, brilliant time. Zombiefied for halloween even, the pics are in the gallery.

Had a few gigs cancelled on us at the end of the year. Troubling times for pubs we think, but hope to fill the gaps a bit before the new year.

PARTY TIME

We have just got back from a superb Friday night Party Gig in Coniston. They sure love there rock music, beer and know how to party until the small hours.
Finally getting our heads down on the libary floor at 5:30, only to be up at 8:00 to pack the gear away from the stage.
Great night, and great people. Thanks to Libby and all her friends and family

February 2009

Its now the end of Feb and we are staring to look forward to a few gigs coming up. Firstly we have the Nags Head on Saturday 28th Feb, first time there for us, a slightly later start 10pm, but looking forward to playing there.

A busy weekend the 14th and 15th March. Saturday night at the good old Hoop and Mallet, Callands, always a good crowd. Then on the Sunday afternoon at the Greenhill bowling club, Burnley. We had a great time there when last we played, so again looking forward to seeing Steve again there.

The 20th March see's us 'On Tour' :) Coniston in the Lakes for a private bash. Get your dancin shoes on ! (Or your drinking arm at the ready)

Finally we are at the Chester Bells in Chester on the 28th March. A great Live Rock music venue, one of the best around.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy New Year to everyone, hope you all had a great Christmas, and New year Celebration. We were pretty quiet, had our last gig on the 20th Dec at the Hoop and Mallet, Callands. A supurb effort by Steve in fronting the band even though he had come out of hospital from a knee operation only on the Wednesday before (Dedication )

Looking forward to the gigs this year, starting at the Hindley Arms on the 10th Jan (Saturday), should be a great start to the year as it is always a pleasure to play.

Hope to see you somewhere at a gig soon, thanks to everyone for your support during 2008, lets get rocking for 2009!

Christmas

Well hopefully the Last gig of the year on Saturday at the Hoop and Mallet, Callands, Warrington. Should be a great party atmosphere.
Thanks to all the venues for letting us make a noise this year, and thanks to anyone who has come along to listen.

The Old Market Tavern

Saturday saw us back at the Old Market Tavern in Altrincham. Admittedly, we weren't quite sure how it'd go, as this is the only place where we've been told to turn down because we're too loud!
Nothing to worry about though. Storming night had by all.
Special mention and appreciation for the 'more mature' members of the audience who risked the seats at the front.
Hats off to singer Steve, who said he was bringing along a coachload and was true to his word. Must also give credit to drummer Steve who managed to overcome the dodgy backside problem from the previous week that caused us to have an impromptu break during the second set.

The Clarence and More!

Thanks to Roger et'al at The Clarance last week, it was a tad quiet, but we enjoyed the evening, and in particular the second set.

You will find us making a noise at the Old Market Tavern in Altrincham this Saturday (6th Dec) why not get down end enjoy an evening of some great tunes with us there. Probably starts around 9 - 9:30.

The two gigs in December should be crackers too - got a coach load coming to the Market Tavern and its bound to be a late one at the Hoop.
